The Process

A Simple, Secure Process from Order to Installation

Clear, documented steps from your first enquiry through to delivery and installation. Every stage confirmed in writing — so you always know where things stand.

1

Choose Your Unit

Tell us the size, layout and intended use of your unit. This might include an office, living space, garden room, salon, studio, toilet, kitchen, doors, windows, electrics, plumbing and delivery requirements.

Confirm the Details

We confirm:

  • The selected unit
  • Dimensions and specification
  • Agreed price
  • Condition of the unit
  • Viewing or proof-of-unit arrangements
  • Delivery requirements
  • Installation requirements
  • Payment terms
  • Warranty details

We accept major credit cards, debit cards and bank transfer where available. For security, customers should only use an official payment link or verified account details issued directly by MBP Construction Converted Modular Units.

3

Viewing or Proof of Unit

We believe that the unit itself provides the strongest proof of its condition and specification. Where available, customers can arrange a viewing or receive current photographs and video proof of the actual unit being purchased. This helps confirm that the unit being ordered is the same unit being prepared for delivery.

Viewings are by appointment only. Photographic identification may be required for security and controlled site access.

4

Payment Protection and Tracking

Once an order is confirmed, the customer receives clear documentation covering the unit, price, agreed specification and delivery requirements. The unit is tracked through the preparation and delivery process so customers can receive progress information from order through to arrival. The objective is to make purchasing a converted container or storage unit straightforward, secure and stress-free.

5

Delivery and Installation

We coordinate delivery, crane arrangements and installation support where required. Some units require specialist crane equipment to position them safely in the customer's chosen location. Where the site has suitable access and adequate space, our team will coordinate the work required to place the unit correctly and connect agreed electrical or plumbing services. Through our working relationships with crane operators across the United Kingdom, we aim to secure competitive delivery and installation prices.

Delivery & Installation

Calculated according to location, unit size and site access

All final prices remain subject to the destination, access, crane requirements, ground conditions and the written site quotation.

Warranty

Our units include a minimum five-year warranty where stated, with selected products offering warranty coverage of up to ten or fifteen years. Exact warranty length, exclusions and coverage must be confirmed in the individual product listing and written purchase agreement.
