1. Definitions
"MBP Construction" refers to MBP Construction Converted Modular Units, company number 13441812, registered office at Leyland, Lancashire. "Customer" means any individual or organisation purchasing or enquiring about products from MBP Construction.
2. Products
All converted container units, modular buildings, garden rooms and related products are described in good faith. Specifications, dimensions and finishes may vary between units. Customers should confirm exact specifications before committing.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices quoted are valid for the period stated. A deposit may be required to reserve a unit. Final payment terms will be set out in writing. All payments must be made to the account details provided on official MBP Construction invoices.
4. Deposits & Reservation
A deposit may be required to reserve a unit, especially where the unit is held at a storage facility, yard or warehouse. Deposit terms will be confirmed in writing before any payment is requested.
5. Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines are estimates. MBP Construction coordinates delivery and installation where agreed, but circumstances beyond our control may affect dates. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access at the delivery site.
6. Viewings
Viewings are by appointment only. For security and site access, photographic identification may be required. MBP Construction reserves the right to refuse or reschedule viewings.
7. Liability
MBP Construction's liability is limited to the value of the unit supplied. We are not liable for incidental or consequential losses. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
