Eligible units are covered by our 30-day refund policy. If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The unit must remain undamaged, unaltered and in its original supplied condition.
Bespoke units and any delivery, installation or collection charges may be subject to separate terms.
3-Month Buy-Back Guarantee
Selected units include our three-month buy-back guarantee. If the unit is not right for you, we will buy it back for the same purchase price you paid for the unit, provided it remains in its original condition without damage or unauthorised alterations.
Eligibility and collection arrangements are subject to the written terms supplied with your order.
These guarantees do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
